Terms of Service

These terms and conditions govern the provision of individual coaching and English language teaching services through the niki-rajter.sk website.

2. Services Provided
I offer two types of services:
- Individual English language teaching
- Individual coaching
All consultations and lessons take place online via Zoom. The standard length of one lesson is 60 minutes.
3. Booking a Service
You can book a consultation or lesson through the Calendly booking system (link on the contact page) or by contacting me directly at niki@niki-rajter.sk. Booking an appointment is binding.
4. Price and Payment
Current prices for individual services are listed on the English teaching and coaching pages.
Payment is made by bank transfer after the lesson has taken place. You will receive the payment details from the provider. An invoice is provided upon request.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment free of charge at least 48 hours before its start. Please notify cancellations or rescheduling by email.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no-show without notice, the full lesson fee will be charged.
6. Withdrawal from the Contract
In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services under distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. However, if you expressly request the commencement of the service before the expiration of this period and the service has been provided, the right to withdraw expires.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact me as soon as possible by email at niki@niki-rajter.sk. I will handle every complaint individually and as quickly as possible.
8. Personal Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy document, available on this website.
9. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by Slovak law. Any disputes will be resolved primarily by agreement between the parties.
I may update these terms and conditions as needed. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date indicated.
